Welcome to LEDISA Coaching Academy, a division of LEDISA Academy (Pty) Ltd. LEDISA Academy, a renowned organisation that offers a wide range of work-based learning and training solutions globally. Our services include government-funded skills training, corporate training, personal development, coaching, mentoring, and counselling training and services, bespoke professional qualifications, employability services, and the development of individuals through the development of effective training materials and e-learning solutions.
Since the early 1990s, Life Coach Academy, as part of LEDISA Academy, has been dedicated to promoting excellence in coaching through comprehensive learning and development programmes. We are proud to have trained numerous coaches worldwide and are recognised as industry leaders. Our trainers undergo the strictest standards in the coaching training field, ensuring the highest quality of education. Regardless of your location, you can expect our highly trained course leaders to consistently deliver exceptional training experiences.

Our Statement of Faith
The Bible as God's Word
We believe that the Bible, in its original writings, is God’s inspired Word—a written record of His supernatural revelation of Himself to humankind—and that it is without error in its assertions, complete in its revelation, and final in its logical conclusion. The Bible contains the whole truth. 2 Tim. 3:16-17; John 10:35; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Luke 24:25-27, 44, 45; 2 Peter 3:16.
The Trinity
We believe that there is only one God, eternally existing in three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—who are each equally powerful and glorious, possessing the same essence and qualities, and deserving of worship from all people. Matt. 28:18-19; Mark 12:29; John 1:1, 14; Acts 5:3-4; 2 Cor. 13:14;Heb. 1:1-3, Rev. 1:4-6.
Jesus Christ
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, took on human form while continuing to exist as God in order to rescue sinful humans (John 1:2,14; Luke 1:35). According to our understanding of the Scriptures (Rom. 3:24–25; 1 Peter 1:3-5; 2:24), the Lord Jesus Christ completed our redemption via His death on the cross in our place and ensured our justification through His actual, physical resurrection from the dead. His death made eternal life available as a gift to everyone who believes by making atonement for the sins (past, present, and future) of all people who believe.
The Sovereignity of God
We believe that God is totally sovereign and that it is His will for everyone to be saved and for no one to perish. 1 Tim. 2:4; 2 Thes. 2:13; 1 Pet. 1:2; 2 Pet. 3:9; John 6:64-65; Acts 10:34; 1 Cor. 1:21; Eph. 1:5-14; Rom. 8:29-30; 9:30-32.
The Sinful Nature of Man
We hold that every member of the human race is fallen, sinful, and lost, and that the Holy Spirit’s regeneration is absolutely necessary for human salvation. When someone accepts Christ as their Saviour, they are instantly regenerated, the Holy Spirit comes into them, and they are sealed until the day of redemption. Rom. 3:23; John 3:7; 1 Cor. 6:19; Eph. 1:13-14; Luke 24:49; Titus 3:5.
Salvation
We believe salvation is based on God’s grace and is received through faith. Salvation is a free gift, and there is nothing that man can do to earn it. No matter how noble or well-intentioned, man’s efforts before or after salvation have nothing to do with obtaining eternal life. Nothing can be added to Christ’s finished work to further secure our salvation. Col. 2:13, Titus 3:5, Eph. 2:8-9, Gal. 2:16, Rom. 11:6, Rom. 3:22, and Rom. 11:6.
Christian Living
According to 1 John 1:6–7, those who have accepted Jesus into their hearts are entitled to walk in relationship with God as His children. The presence of sin in a Christian’s life hinders his relationship with God. When we confess our sins, 1 John 1:9, which promises forgiveness and purification, talks less about salvation and more about restoring a child of God to a position where he can once more walk in communion with God. 1 John 1:6–9; 2 Peter 1:5-8; Col. 1:10; John 15:8; Gal. 5:22; 1 Corinthians 11:31–31.
Eternal Punishment or Reward
According to our beliefs, both the saved and the lost will rise from the dead—the former to eternal life, the latter to conscious eternal punishment. Rev. 20:5–15; Dan. 12:2; 1 Thess. 4:13–18; and Matt. 25:41.
Satan
We hold that Satan is the originator of sin, that he makes an effort to keep us apart from God, and that both he and his angels will experience eternal punishment. Ezek. 28:15–17, Isa. 14:12–10, Rev. 20:10–41, and Matt. 25:41.
Grace
We firmly believe that grace, not the law, is what saves the true child of God and is what corrects him. Romans 6:14–15, 11:6–11, and 2 Corinthians 3:17.
Accreditation/Registration/Licensing
LEDISA Academy (Pty) Ltd is a SAQA registered Skills Development Provider (SDP) since March 2013 with SERVICES SETA (9703), ETDP SETA (ETDPS 1400) and TETA SETA (TETA 15-573).
We also hold accreditation / registration as a training provider and/or a member in good standing with the international organisations:
The Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa (COMENSA) is the pre-eminent representative body for coaches, mentors and associated training institutions in Southern Africa, and as such, the SAQA-recognised non-statutory professional body for coaching and mentoring.
Their mission is the regulation of the coaching and mentoring professions in South Africa through a professional code of ethics and conduct, professional designations, ongoing continuing professional development, professional supervision and access to resources.
LEDISA Academy has been a proud member and registered training provider (Training Provider C3069) in good standing since July 2013. COMENSA welcomes LEDISA Academy trainees and certified coaches to join them as registered and/or accredited members.
Gold Status Approval
Since 2021, we are a COMENSA Gold Training Programme Provider in line with COMENSA’s Code of Ethics and Conduct and Behavioural Standards for Coaching. Our Christian Coaching certification is part of the Dynamic Master Coaching Programme.
